#1. Clifford and Siegfried Upton Scholarship

For graduates and undergraduates.

You’re eligible to apply if you’re a child or stepchild of an employee in Houghton Mifflin Company based in Boston or its related companies.

Benefits

  • At least $1,000 per school year increasable on candidate needs.

#2. George W. Ellis Fellowship

The George W. Ellis Fellowship is for graduate students that are based in Vermont or graduates from Vermont College or University.

Benefits

  • Tuition fee coverage

Required documentation:

  • Provide a copy of the tax receipt, driver’s license, or voter registration document.
  • Graduates from Vermont College should provide a copy of their academic transcript.

#3. Leta Stetter Hollingsworth Fellowship

The Leta Shetter Hollingsworth Fellowship is for female graduate students at Columbia who are graduating or have summarized their academic year from the University of Nebraska.

Required Documentation:

  • A copy of the student’s transcript from the University of Nebraska
  • A nomination letter from a faculty member of the University of Nebraska.

#4. Lydia C. Chamberlain Fellowship

The Lydia C. Chamberlain Fellowship is available for you if you’ve for any time resided in the state of Iowa and you’ve graduated from any College or University in Iowa.

The Scholarship is awarded based on outstanding academic performance, motivation to pursue, and fulfilled purpose. Strictly, your moral values will be in check and you must show a strong financial need to be channeled at pursuing your tertiary education at Columbia University.

If you’re awarded a Lydia C. Chamberlain Graduate Fellowship you must write an acceptance letter to Columbia University at the earliest notice. You’re to state your intentions to return to the state of IOWA and serve for at least two years when your studies at the University of Columbia are complete or upon the expiration of the program.

Failure to adhere to the instruction as contained in the school acceptance rules, Columbia University will consider the position vacant. Any worthy applicant will take over.

Also, you’ll be given regular stipends. This stipend is targeted at the payment of your tuition and major fees at Columbia University.

Anyone can apply for this scholarship except for students in the field of law, medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or theology.

#6. Richard T. Wamser Fellowship

The purpose of the Scholarship is to aid the students of native Estonian dialect who attend Columbia University. The fellowship is valued at $2,000 per annum. Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.

The Shardashish Interschool Fellowship is liberally Sponsored by the UNM (Uttambhai Nathalal Mehta) Foundation.
